This page sets out how claims on this site are checked, when they were last checked, what they were checked against, and how to report an error.
We check licence details against the regulator's own public register, not against the operator's website.
Where a regulator does not publish a licence number, we record that the number is not published rather than repeating a number we cannot confirm. 22 of our tracked operators currently sit in that state.
The step by step check is documented separately in our licence verification methodology.
Every figure on this site is recomputed from tracked records rather than typed in by hand.
Wagering benchmarks come from operator terms as published. Complaint deadlines and dispute routes come from the regulator's own published guidance, linked on each page.
Where a figure cannot be confirmed from a primary source, we leave it out.
Every page carries the date it was last reviewed.
Regulatory pages are re-checked quarterly and whenever a regulator changes its guidance.
Operator licence records are re-checked against the registers on the schedule shown on each operator page.
We do not rank operators.
We do not accept payment for placement or for a better position.
We are not a gambling operator and we take no wagers.
If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Send the page address and what is incorrect.
We correct errors on the page itself and update the last reviewed date when we do.
